I have received my SIM card and it's not working

Please check the following:

  1. Is the SIM inserted correctly?
  2. Is the hardware/device powered up correctly?
  3. Have you configured the correct APN?
  4. If possible check the devices SIM status (menu, GUI, LED, etc) or by issuing the AT command AT+CPIN? The +READY response generally rules out a hardware issues, and an +ERROR generally indicates that there is a hardware/device interoperability issue.
